Future

June 22, 2010

Hey everyone,

It’s Ben here, just taking a quick minute to update this thing and share some information about the company with you all. This past week the Michigan State University newspaper, (www.statenews.com) featured a story about DIPSAO, and it was great press for the company. We have received a good amount of feedback through comments, word of mouth, and even the people who have purchased shirts, so that has been cool. Through talks between the “pioneers” and myself, we have come to the conclusion that we would like to add some people to help us out a bit, so if you are interested hit us up. Hopefully sometime soon (fingers crossed) we are going to be purchasing a screen printer of our own, so that means designs will start to flow like this rain in Michigan has been. I’m mostly working now on trying to keep the ball moving, gain recognition, and help fight this problem. I will have some new designs I have been working on drop soon, so stay tuned for that. And as usual… Be easy and GET AT ME.

One drop at a time,

Support

June 3, 2010

Hey everyone! Ben here, I hope this finds you doing well and if not… tomorrow is friday. I Have been encouraged a lot as of late, a lot of very cool things have been happening that involve the future and popularity of DIPSAO. I first would like to thank everyone who supports us, we truly appreciate all you have done and hopefully will do in the future. This was and is not about self glory , for me or any of the pioneers for that matter, rather it is truly about changing the world we live in, and changing it for the BETTER. Our facebook fan page is around 700 (1000 is where id like to be by July so if you haven’t yet, show it to your friends) and shirts are slowly but surely selling. Remember it is YOU the people who make the difference, by buying and wearing the shirt, you personally are the ones saving lives, I like to look at myself as more of a middle man or a vehicle in which transports the means to better such a global crisis. So basically scratch all the previous rhetoric and….. BUY A FREAKIN’ SHIRT. lol, no but seriously do it. I will hopefully (fingers crossed) be updating this blog more often, so people subscribe and comment because it gets lonely writing to a blank computer screen all the time, I mean seriously how much of a loser am I? haha the moral of the story children is, buy a shirt save a life.

I’m out

Ben

Founder and President of DIPSAO

New Day

April 21, 2010

Good Morning everyone,

It is the start of another new day here, and I wanted to pose a simple question for you all to mull over, if you could change one thing about the world, anything in the whole world, lack of food, water, more morality, and etc., what would you choose and why? There is a reason for this, so think of your answer, respond either on this blog or on facebook and wait for a later post pertaining directly to this.

DIPSAO

Bussyness…

November 9, 2009

Wow, time has flown by. Details with design, shirt style, shirt material, ordering, and etc. has taken up a TON of time. I am proud to say now that the first set of t-shirts is up for sale on the website. The design is simple, with just the company logo (wanted to keep it this way for the first shirt to gain brand recognition) but i have about four designs that will be available sometime next month as well as SWEATSHIRTS or hoodies whichever you prefer to call them. I am excited not just because I have these products but because I really see this as a way to save lives… and not just save lives but change them. I hope everything comes together as I vision it, because for the first time in a while I have a passion that isn’t about me, or mine, or my wants or my “needs”, it’s about helping/saving others. I will try to become more steady at updating, as I have updates, but I leave you with this… everyone buys clothes, name brands, jeans, shirts, jackets and etc. Why not buy some that do something other than adding money to someones pocket? Wear the clothes, spread the world, CHANGE THE WORLD, one drop at a time.

Lights, camera, ACTION

August 26, 2009

Go to your kitchen sink, your bathroom, your refrigerator, take a walk to the faucet or hose… twist the knob, press the button, or etc. There is no suspense, typically, as to what happens next, water comes out, and it comes out until we shut it off. We use water everyday, we drink it, we cook in it, we wash our cars with it, water our grass, scrub the floors, clean our dishes and etc. its a necessity, a must, life would be impossible with out it. Yet, that impossibility is a very harsh reality, seen to over one billion people globally who do not have access to a clean, sustainable water source. The circumstances are dire, life or death, most of the times the latter, 5-6 thousands people die DAILY due to the lack of water, that majority of that number, children. It is impossible to not be saddened by that, to be sympathetic, but sadness nor sympathy will  change this global problem. Action, a “doing” word, is what is needed, and thats just what we at DIPSAO want to offer, a means to action. The reality is many of us will never visit these far off places, the busyness of family, school, work, sports and etc. dictates our schedule, yet you can act without ever stepping foot on the soil. Half of the profit from each shirt purchase made gets directly donated to, www.globalwater.org. Wear the shirt, spread the word, and support the cause, and maybe, HOPEFULLY, together WE can change the world, one drop at a time.
